The PERVERTS of would be law enforcement aka These so called law
enforcement officers are still stalking and trying to make me have a
FATAL attack.
This horrid situation has been going on for years and I have been
updating the world via any method that I can. I just spend a tad over
2 weeks in the hospital due to a serious attack that jeopardized my
medical condition.
Every night especially after the midnight hours I am being watched
through unknown devices when I am in bed. I keep hearing these voices
of these PERVERTS of would be law enforcement aka these so called law
enforcement officers as such comments of look how he is in bed and
where his hands are. Look at him underneath his covers among other
comments of sexual nature. I realize it is there wishful thinking,
but this CONSPIRACY has gone on long enough. There has NEVER at any
time any effort by law enforcement made to come directly up to me and
talk to me. There has been every effort made to keep me scared, cause
me to have attacks serious enough to seek medical treatment. I have
been followed into hospitals, medical offices and around. I have also
have been watched while being hospitalized. There has been 1 time
that someone was asked to leave the floor and quit watching me as told
by a male nurse.
My room is still illegally bugged and ALL privacy in our house is
denied including private times such as bathroom, changing clothes,
getting ready for bed, being in bed watching television, reading and
or playing cards. This harassment INCLUDES playing with the dog when
he comes up on top of the bed. These people are now accusing me of
thinking of those kids and that family across the street in the most
disgusting horrendous unspeakable perverted nature and trying to still
make me out as a child molester and a child bothered. These perverts
of the so called law enforcement world use some type of devices to
view inside my room and look at exact locations of body parts on me to
watch for activity. This action shows conspiracy, illegal frame up,
and illegal invasion of privacy.
This conspiracy by the Roy W family is illegal and I am being DENIED
legal protection as sought after. This family has started on this
conspiracy of false accusations ever since they moved here 6 years
ago. Plenty of times I have made police reports including of going to
the police station in person. NOT once has anyone been out to make
them stop and leave us alone.
I am being stalked, terrorized, by these SO CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS. In CONCORD CALIFORNIA and in CONTRA Costa COUNTY!
These SO CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have for the past few years
been doing everything possible to find a way to arrest me and have
made promises in the past once they get me they will harm me, beet me
up, have things happen to me. These so called law enforcement officers
ATTACK mostly at night hours trying to hide idenities.
It is NO secret that they are trying to break up my family and NO
SECRET OF TRYING TO KILL ME! Police have instructed me since the
beginnings DO NOT go outside to TALK to these people as they REFUSE TO
IDENTIFY THEMSLEVES.
They illegally have planted bugs in my home and especially in my room.
They have installed stuff in phones, and other parts of the room.
Also when I am in bed I give myself nightly medical treatments
including massage. These people have accused me of playing with
myself and also a personal all time favorite they have accused me of
pretending to have sex with the neighbor kids. They even helped them
falsify police reports against me and also ignored all hate crimes by
neighbors especially when they are watching my house!
I have constantly heard them state and I quote "ALL we want to do is
to TALK to him. ALL we want to do is to HELP him." These people are
liars among other things. Outside of regular threats of arrest and
standard comments more comments very disturbing has been heard. I
quote as best I can…"even though he hasn't done anything and he will
say he hasn't done anything we have to take him and them (referring to
my elderly parents 1 who sleeps in back and the other who sleeps in a
room above mine.) "We kept getting calls of why hasn't he been
arrested by neighbors" "don't even try to talk to him"
If true then why have they constantly REFUSED to IDENTIFY THEMSELVES
to me? If true then why have they REFUSED TO MAKE DIRECT CONTACT by
knocking on my door and or ringing doorbell? Instead of talking to me
they keep trying to get dirt to arrest me on. They even have the
neighbors constantly calling for my arrest and accusing me of child
molestation. I AM NOT a child molester and I have never had such
thoughts of such. These diseases of law enforcement started rumors
and are trying to have my family toss me out of home. These people
have destroyed some of my belongings, damaged other things of mine.
These people in the past have broken into my home when we are all
away. My dog was found numerous times sluggish and acting drugged up.
We have on both sides in front house signs that state quite boldly "NO
TRESSPASSING" and another that says "PRIVATE PROEPRTY KEEP OUT" we
have even more of the same type in our back yard of which has been
violated by these so called law enforcement officers in the past. They
even BOAST of causing me to suffer HEART ATTACKS and causing me to
have suffered STROKES. They also aware that they caused my incurable
health condition to attack me. I also have ulcerated colitis and
chronic chromes disease.
This action alone can be construed as ATTMEPTED MURDER and at least
ENDANGERMENT OF LIFE, ENDANGERMENT OF HEALTH physical and mental PLUS
emotional health. At the smallest these ARE HATE CRIMES! And LAW
ENFORCEMENT is responsible and continues to commit HATE CRIMES
obviously in hopes of causing enough stress and terror of which is
obviously so well designed as to get me to COMMIT SUCIDE. This is how
they proved me correct that they lie when THEY SAY"ALL WE WANT TO DO
IS TO TALK TO HIM ALL WE WANT TO DO IS TO HELP HIM. I JUST WANT TO
TALK TO HIM."
They are trying to KILL me by using my MEDICAL CONDITION AGAINST ME!

(hopefully honest people), local, county, state and federal government
official, before they succeed in killing me.

have no merit, bases and are groundless lies. When made complaints to
legal officials, it obviously has been swept under dirt for those who
can pay the cost and do the most favors. Now I hear they want to take
me for sure this weekend and make things happen to me as they
themselves boasted including physical harm, inducement of heart
attacks and other medical attacks.
These pieces of vomit of law enforcement has NEVER yet tried to come
to my door and make proper direct contact and ask to speak directly to
me. If all they want to do is talk to me then why all this negative
treatment at me these people want to kill me and probably I will die
in less than a week at their hands /treatment. This is how they show

ATTACKS ETC NOW THEY WANT TO FINISH ME OFF. I can not help but to
wonder how much are they being paid off and what kinds of favors are
really being done. They intentionally let the punk kid who started
all this and kept it up including after his 18th birthday go off to
college and before make up false allegations.
These so called officers even watch me when I am in my own bed ALONE
and when I give myself medical treatments in bed. They have accused
me of playing the mattress mombo, pretending to have sex with the
creatures that are the kids across the street. They also have blocked
some of my internet access and made it impossible for certain LEGAL
post to stick to the internet. They have bugged and put sensors in
places I never thought possible so people check your mattresses,
sheets, telephone (where they put a bug in mine) When I put a cover
over the phone they get pissed as they cant see.
If anything happens to me it is my plea, begging wish that action is
taken against the Roy W family, Don DB family and the Kent B family,
and these so called officers who have been aka according the listening

enforcement. I don't believe everything I hear as I know it is known
that I listen so even the pd will crack a few comments. They claim to
